ABOUT ME

At 19, I was diagnosed with a ruptured brain aneurysm, and my health struggles continued, eventually leading to a lupus diagnosis. Despite facing immense physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges, I found healing through Reiki. Becoming a Level Three Reiki practitioner allowed me to go into remission from lupus and transform my life.

I believe true healing starts within – confronting fears, doubts, and disappointments, and most importantly, learning to love yourself. There is no illness, physically, mentally, or spiritually, that the mind, body, and spirit cannot overcome. Holistic healing has empowered me to achieve the balance and wellness I had longed for.
